The Town of Webster provides public access to records in accordance with the New York StateFreedom of Information Law. Requests for information under the Freedom of Information Law can be made by filling out a request form. Questions regarding requests for records should be directed to the Town Clerk's Office at (585) 872-1000.

Copies of accessible records shall be made available for $0.25 per page or greater as provided by law.
Accessible records may be inspected during regular town business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
