Solicitation of Bids for Gymnasium Projects-Gymnasium Floor Renovation & Gymnasium Walls/Ceiling Paint

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to the requirements of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, sealed proposals will be received at the Webster Town Clerk’s Office, 1000 Ridge Road, Webster, New York 14580, until the Thursday July 23, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, for furnishing:

Town of Webster Recreation Center

The enclosure containing the proposal shall be endorsed on the outside with the name of the bidder, the business address to which communications may be sent, and the service to be furnished pursuant to this notice.

A signed and sealed certificate of non-collusion must accompany all bids and pursuant to the requirements of Section 103-d of the General Municipal Code.

Detailed specifications regarding the bid specifications will be available at the Town Clerk’s office at the Webster Town Hall, 1000 Ridge Road, Wednesday July 8, 2020

Bids shall not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of bid opening.

The Webster Town Board will use Executive Order 170 Guidelines to determine the responsibility of bidders in awarding the contract. The Town of Webster reserves the right to reject any and all bids and re-advertise at its discretion.
