The Town maintains a 8 year cycle for oil and stone maintenance operations on all Town roads. The highway industry is constantly working with the latest innovative technologies to enhance oil efficiencies and keep a conscious eye on the environmental responsibilities too. The O. & S. program is undoubtedly the most cost effective maintenance operation a municipality can perform.
Maintenance follow-up to the O. & S. operations is street sweeping the following Spring.
