Receiver of Taxes
At the beginning of each January and September, bills are mailed for town and county (January) and school (September) taxes. For property owners whose taxes are held in escrow, bills may be forwarded directly to appropriate lending institutions.
Payment schedule information is contained on each bill. Payments may be made via mail or in person at the Tax Receiver's Office in the Town Hall during regular business hours.

To access the Real Property Portal click the link below. You must be registered to log in to the portal. The procedure simply requires your name or preferred username and an email address. You will receive an email that contains the password. The password can be changed anytime you want. You can also double-click on the ‘Forget Password Button’ on the login page if you don’t remember what it is and you will receive an email with instructions.
