Garbage and Recycling
Pickup of normal, everyday household garbage is not a service provided by the Town of Webster. This service must be contracted by residents. No private contractor has a franchise or any other exclusive right to operate within the town. Any concerns or questions may be addressed by contacting the Code Enforcement Officer at (585) 872-7035.
According to Monroe County Law, all private haulers who collect residential garbage are required to offer curbside recycling services to their customers. Plastic recycling bins may be supplied by Monroe County or a private hauler.
