Inspections:

In many cases, an inspection by a building official is required upon completion of a project. The official will issue the proper certificate, which must be obtained prior to the use or occupancy of the structure/project. Such a certificate verifies that a building or structure, and the proposed use thereof, complies with all applicable building and zoning regulations.

Building Permit Applications:
Building permit applications must be accompanied by appropriate documentation and may require submission of duplicate copies of plans and specifications. State and local standards and technical specifications apply to any building construction done within Webster.
