The Webster Economic Development Alliance spearheaded the development of a comprehensive Community Investment Strategy for the Town and Village of Webster. Developed through a rigorous public participation effort, the process was privately funded in part by Frontier Communications and Xerox Corporation via the America’s Best Communities Challenge. The results identified priority investment areas and specific projects within the community to enhance quality of life, spur investment and bolster job creation opportunities within Webster.
