September 25, 2024: Bid solicitation advertised in Webster Herald.
September 19, 2024: Resolution to solicit bids for the Sandbar Park Restaurant construction project and advertise in the September 25, 2024, edition of the Webster Herald approved by Webster Town Board.
June 13, 2024: Restaurant/Bar Update | Presentation | Video
May 2024: Cost estimates gathered for the restaurant.
April 2024: Design meetings with Town, Fantauzzo Family Brands, Passero Associates, and Campus.
March 2024: Town contracts with Passero Associates for Design Services and Campus Construction Management for Construction Management Services.
February 2024: Final approval for permit received from all agencies providing approval or waiving their involvement.
November 2023: Town submits an application to build a 2,400 square foot restaurant and bar.
