Public Hearing: To consider a Local Law repealing and replacing sections 257-165 and 257-166 of Chapter 257 (Sewer) of the Webster Town Code.


                                                      ** Each speaker will be allowed five minutes


Resolution to approve a Local Law to repeal and replace sections 257-165 and 257-166 of Chapter 257 of the Webster Town Code.  


Local Law


Resolution to adopt the proposed Fee Schedule for Sewer System Commercial Industrial Entrance Permits.


Public Hearing: To enact a Local Law to Repeal and Replace the current Town Code Chapter 170: Flood

                            Damage Prevention and replace it in its entirety with a new Chapter 170.


                                                                 ** Each speaker will be allowed five minutes

Regular Town Business:


1.    Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance.


2.    Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.


3.    Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance.


4.    Resolution to approve budget transfers as presented by the Director of Finance.


5.    Resolution to approve budget amendments as presented by the Director of Finance.


6.    Resolution to adopt the standard Work Day and Reporting Resolution for the New York State and Local Employees' Retirement System.


7.    Resolution to transfer $53,658.46 from the Sewer Fund to close capital project H0222 (Klem Road and Fawnwood Pump Station Improvements).


8.    Resolution to enter into a new contract with Frontline for court security through the end of 2024 and authorize the Supervisor to sign said contract.

9.    Resolution to Declare Lead Agency for the State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) for the Vosburg Pump Station Improvement Project.


10.    Resolution to issue a SEQR Determination of Significance for the Vosburg Pump Station Improvement Project and authorize the Town Supervisor to sign Part 3 SEQR Form.


11.    Bond Resolution for the Vosburg Pump Station Improvement Project in the amount not to exceed $5,700.000.  


12.    Resolution to award the best value-based bid for police vehicle repair services to Bob Johnson Ford 1675 Interstate Drive Avon, NY 14414.


13.    Resolution to approve an application for the establishment of a privately-owned heliport at 893 Dewitt Road, Webster, New York commensurate with General Business Law Section 249, and Webster Town Code Subsection 350-3.

14.    Resolution to approve settlement of multiple years of a tax certiorari matter involving 1688 Lake Rd.


15.    Resolution to consider approval of a license agreement for a fence installation within a town drainage easement at 511 Sherborne Road, Tax account # 064.08-1-18.


16.    Resolution to appoint Danene M. Marr as the Town Clerk and Receiver of Taxes, effective July 1, 2024, for a term of 1 ½ years, ending December 31, 2025, and that her fees as such be turned over monthly to the Supervisor.


17.    Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign the Commercial Acceptance Company (CAC) Collection Service Agreement related to Webster Emergency Medical Services (WEMS).
