Any ELIGIBLE senior may receive a coupon booklet at the Webster Recreation Center beginning August 7th at 10:00am, while supplies last. There are two eligibility stipulations, age and income, and you will be required to sign a statement of eligibility at the time of pick up. Please note, those seniors who are not able to pick-up on their own must provide a signed Proxy Form (print here or forms are available at Webster Recreation Center) for someone to pick up on their behalf.
