The Town of Webster and The Friends of Webster Trails invites you to explore and experience our diverse outdoor adventures! Here's your opportunity to discover the beauty and solitude of nature, wildlife and the natural settings. The health benefit of being more active - all in your own "backyard!". Share the wonders of the great outdoors with family and friends and get to know your region up close and personal.

The Friends of Webster Trails is a volunteer group and functions as part of the Town of Webster. Their trail stewardship is widely recognized and greatly appreciated. For more information of the this organization, visit the website at the bottom of page.

BirdTrail1Bird Sanctuary Trail is located at 1200 Orchard Street, north of North Ponds Park and is approximately 0.80 miles.

ChiyodaTrail2Chiyoda Trail is located at 1350 Chiyoda Drive (Webster Recreation Center) off Phillips Road. The trail is a 1.27 mile paved loop.

bridge 2 libertyFinn Park Nature Trail is located off Maple Drive, north of Route 104 between Maple Drive and Gravel Road. The trail begins in the woodlot behind Liberty Lodge and is 1.25 miles in length.

four mile creekFour Mile Creek Preserve is located at 160 Phillips Road, the corner of Phillips and Lake Roads. This property consists of two trails. The Blue Loop is .75 miles in length and the Red Loop is 1.4 miles in length.

GosnellTrailsignGosnell Big Woods Preserve parking lot is at 680 Vosburg Road, at the corner of Vosburg and Drumm Road. This property consisted of 3 different trails. The Big Field Trail is 1.2 miles, Big Woods Trail is 0.8 miles and the Meadow Trail is 0.5 miles.

Hickory Bark Woods 1Hickory Bark Woods trail is located in a 10-acre stand of woods across the parking lot from the front door of the library on Van Ingen Drive. It’s a beautiful, albeit short walk (only 400 feet), along a boardwalk ending in a spacious deck with plenty of benches.

Hojack2Hojack Trail follows the rail bed from Lake Road to Phillips Road and is 4.95 miles. Parking is available at the parking lot on Orchard Road and at 595 Vosburg Road.

Unger TrailJohn Unger Nature Trail is accessed via wood stairs from the Hojack Trail between Drumm Road and Van Alstyne Road and is 0.35 miles.

MidnightTrail1Midnight Trail parking is located at 999 Lake Road or 403 Whiting Road, Whiting Road Nature Preserve, and is 0.67 miles.

NorthPondsTrailCharles E. Sexton Memorial Park Trail (formally known as North Ponds Park Trail) is located off Route 104 between Holt Road & Route 250 and is 1.0 mile.

VosburgTrailVosburg Hollow Nature Trail parking lot is located at 595 Vosburg Road. To access, take the Hojack Trail 1/8 of mile to the trail on the left. This trail is 0.25 miles.

Whiting RoadWhiting Road Nature Preserve is located at 403 Whiting Road, between Pellett and Whiting Road. This property consists of 6 different hiking trails. Blue Trail is .70 miles, Brown Trail is .40 miles, Green Trail is 1.20 miles, Orange Trail is 1.40 miles, Red Trail is 1.40 miles and Yellow Trail is .55 miles.
