"Our vision is to provide a space where people feel welcome and strong regardless of their experience with exercise and fitness, the shape or size of their body, or what may be going on in their lives. We want to create a judgement free community where people are free to explore and find their own health and happiness"
"The Webster Rec instructors are fantastic! Jay's move well class has helped me increase my mobility and ensure I keep it! Gina's classes are always a challenge and never the same class twice! BootCamp with Jenny has helped increase my overall strength and conditioning. Couldn't ask for a better combination of healthy heroes to help me on my journey to a healthier, happy life!"
“I have been a yoga practitioner for many years. An A++++ to Therese for her current and past leadership in person but also her virtual classes offered when in person was unavailable. Also a big shout out to Tori! I love her yoga class and try to never miss one. She is an amazing teacher. So grateful to have access to both of them through Webster Rec!"
“Bev's Swedish Fitness class is the best! We exercise everything as you know. She's helpful, understanding and very professional and shows us that she cares. We are very lucky to have her.”
